SHIPPING POLICY

I want you to find joy in Keratto. To achieve that purpose I carefully prepare your order, which normally takes up to 3 business days to process. This does not include transit time. 

Estimated Delivery Times
Canada: 2 to 7 business days, depending on the province (2 to 3 days within Quebec).
Local Pick-Up: For customers in the Montreal and surrounding areas, a local pickup service is available. Please contact me to schedule the pick-up of your order.

I offer tracking on all shipments. I kindly ask you to allow up to 2 days for your tracking number to be updated after you receive your shipping confirmation via email.

Wrong Address
Please make sure you register your good address. Be aware that all orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address due to incorrect information provided will be the customer’s responsibility. The customer will have to resubmit a new order.
KERATTO will not be responsible for packages and/or additional fees that are associated with shipment to an incorrect address.


RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

If you're not happy with anything you buy from Keratto, let me know within 5 calendar days from the date of purchase and I'll exchange it for an item of equal value or give you a full refund for any product.

The return of items is at the expense of the customer. Unused item must be returned in its original condition and package. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded. An administration fee of CDN $ 5.00 for Canada and $ 10.00 CDN for other countries will be applicable to any refunds on items in the KERATTO online store.

No return or exchange is accepted for products on request, personalized, engraved, and special models.
Real colors of prints may vary slightly from those you see on your screen. I do not accept returns due to color variation.
